All product prices displayed on the website include the corresponding VAT.


CeraBike offers the following payment methods:

a) PAYPAL: Secure payment getaway integrated into our online platform; Payment is made at the time of purchase confirmation.

b) BANK TRANSFER: In order to make purchases through this payment method, the client must contact us first via email, indicating their data and the number of products to be purchased.


Shipping costs throughout the national territory (including Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) are FREE. CeraBike reserves the right to cancel said assumption at any time.

The international shipping costs will be informed to the Customer at the time of placing the order through email​


The estimated delivery time of an order is 10 calendar days, which is determined by the level of availability of the products in stock, the quantity of products ordered by the Customer and the time incurred by postal service in its transportation to destination.


Below, we inform you how to proceed in each case:


  • Product damaged during shipping and / or with flaws


At the time of delivery, the Customer has the obligation to ensure that the product is delivered in perfect condition. If you verify that it has been damaged during the shipment and / or consider that it is a defective product, you must indicate this to the carrier at the time and then you must contact us immediately. CeraBike may request from the Client the necessary verifications in order to determine the origin of the problem.


  • Product does not meet your expectations

If you receive the product and it does not correspond to your needs, as a Client you can return it within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the same.
It is necessary that the product is in perfect condition and has not been unsealed or used in any possible way.
After having received the goods in our warehouse and checked their status, you will get the refund of the order amount, discounting the shipping costs, by bank transfer.





All products are guaranteed from the date of the invoice against any material or manufacturing defect according to the terms expressed by Law.


All orders are sent through CORREOS through registered delivery, therefore, CeraBike will not assume any responsibility in case of misplacement of the order by the postal service.

Likewise, CeraBike is not responsible under any circumstance for the consequences that may result from the improper use of its products, as well as for any damage, losses, claims or expenses, of any nature, that may result or are in connection with the use, the impossibility of use or the illicit, negligent or fraudulent use of the products marketed by it.
